All contact information for Jane’s Gains can be found on this website, either on the home page or in the ‘Contact Us’ tab.

Payment

Any payment for services outlined on this website or discussed directly with a client will be detailed in an invoice form.  This will be sent electronically, or printed and delivered in person.  Payments should be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice.  Payments via PayPal and direct debit are accepted.  Jane’s Gains reserve the right to withhold services due to lack of payment. Payments made are non-refundable.

Aggressive/Antisocial Behaviour

Jane’s Gains reserve the right to withhold services due to aggressive behaviour including (but not exclusively) shouting, swearing, racial slurs and threats of, or actual, physical violence.

Jane’s Gains reserve the right to withhold services should a client be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs at the time of any phone calls, video calls, in person meetings, classes or training sessions with any representative of Jane's Gains.
