Meet Jane

I have always been an active person and functional fitness has been a big part of my life, from horse riding, yoga and running to climbing.

I have been climbing for nearly 15 years now and, as well as climbing indoors I love being able to do this outdoors too (when the weather allows!) As well as enjoying it immensely, it has also been a spring board into conditioning, strength and endurance training in the gym.

The more I learned the more I wanted to learn, and this led me to a career as a health and fitness professional!

I really believe with all of the stresses and strains of everyday life, having positive practices and support regarding health and fitness is vital for all round well-being.
